A Romantic Vintage Table for Two

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with these Classic Pieces and Themed Decor

Spend an intimate evening with your loved one at a thoughtfully decorated dinner table like this one! Whether it’s your first night together or your fiftieth, ruminate over love with these classical pieces, sure to inspire the hopeless romantic within.

Classic Waterford Crystal and Elegant Homer Laughlin China Contributes to this Lovely Layout

Taking a seat in these painted, refurbished pressed-back chairs, our first ‘Table for Two’ showcases a stunning set of Waterford brand crystal. These hand-blown pieces include their signature crisscross design that has been well-established and highly sought after around the world. Adding to this formal setting is a crystal knife rest that further highlights the elegance of our vintage romantic theme.

The flatware featured at this Valentine’s Day Dinner Table is William Rogers Bros. Silverware that couples beautifully with these hammered metal sorbet dishes that come in a set of six, and include a matching pitcher (not displayed). Correlating the silver of our utensils with our dinnerware, this Homer Laughlin china set features their classic ‘Virginia Rose’ design—a pattern that was first established in 1932.

Set the Tone of the Evening by Candlelight with Sterling Silver Holders

Adding to the atmosphere, nothing is more vintage classic than candles in sterling silver holders. At the center of the table is another widely-recognized symbol of love—a single rose which has been placed inside a glass bud vase that is as deep a red as the flower it holds.

Gifts like this Zirconia necklace and ring have also tied into our vintage theme with their antique design that inspires the glamor and charm of old Hollywood.

Of course, a romantic dinner is never complete without either champagne or wine to mark the occasion. This ornate silver ice-bucket is a perfect supplement to our silver setting and will keep your drink of choice chilled until you are ready to pop the cork.

Sealed with a Kiss

End your evening by cozying up in this luxurious ‘Eastlake’ style settee. A fixture during the Victorian era, pieces like this small sofa were the height of décor in the home. The soft, red velvet matches its beautiful design etched in the wood which displays both opulence and comfort—a charming way to finish a thoughtful Valentine’s Day with the one you love.
